CDHS stores data about its members such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, subscription payment dates and amounts.

For some things, we do not require your consent to use your data as we are providing you with a service you have requested explicitly. For example, we can write to you to confirm your excursion booking or to remind you that your subscription is due.

For other things we do require your explicit consent, such as sending you newsletters, information on talks and excursions etc.
